Amora DeHaven was the daughter of Benjamin DeHaven and Rebecca Glotfelty. Amora married first in 1887, George K Shaner who died in a railroad accident in 1899. Her second husband was Martin Beehner who is also buried in the cemetery. Amora gave her age as 21 on the marriage license application of Oct 25, 1887. There was one known child of this marriage who died young. Amora's birth year on her stone is 1863, from the marriage license, 1866 and on her death certificate 1872.

Amora was a member of the 1895 DeHaven Club as were some of her siblings.

Shortly after the death of George Shaner, Amora married Martin Beehner, who was a boarder in the 1900 census in her household. There were no known children of this union.
