A Mass of Christian Burial was offered Saturday in Sylvan Lake for Mrs. Helen Bass, 62, of 42 Mountain View Road in Red Hook, who died Dec. 15 at Northern Dutchess Hospital. A resident of Red Hook for the last five years, she previously lived in the City of Poughkeepsie and was born in Hopewell Junction on Dec. 15, 1918. She was the daughter of Joseph and Daisey (Light) Delaney. In addition to her husband, Lawrence Bass, she is survived by a son, Edward of Staatsburg; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Region, of Staatsburg and Mrs. Betty Augustine, of Red Hook; two brothers, Robert Delaney and Richard Delaney, both of Hopewell Junction; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Mae Hill and Mrs. Iva Johns, both of Hopewell Junction, and 10 grandchildren
