She grew up in New York City. eventually she would have two sisters, Arlene and Rosalie. On October 23, 1948 she married Walter Dembek and through 53 years of marriage raised 5 children - Patricia, John, Peter, Timothy & Christopher. In 1962 the family moved to Port Jefferson, New York. At the time of her passing she had 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Dolores was a quite and deeply religious mother who loved her family.
