Funeral services for Mrs. Morie Denmark Blankinchip, 87, of Citronella, AL., were held May 12 at 1 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Chapel.
She was born in Mississippi, was a housewife, and a member of the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. She died May 10, 1997 at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Tommie Eugene Blankinchip, Sr., of
Citronelle, AL.; two sons, Tommie E. Blankinchip.Jr., of Citronelle and Marvin Blankinchip of Lucedale; two daughters, Frances Blankinchip Byrd of Leakesville and Sandra Blankinchip Coady of grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Amanda Denmark Brown of Leakesville.
Mrs. Blankinchip was preceded in death by her parents, James Allen and Sabrina Beech Denmark.
Services were conducted by Rev. Melvin C. Davis and Rev. Mike Jemison. Interment was in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Lucedale. Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. of Leakesville was in charge of
arrangements.
