John Thomas Dillard, Sr., 92, is the son of J. H. "Jim" Dillard and Viola Coker Dillard, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Nioma Holloway Dillard; an infant son; an infant grandson; an infant great-granddaughter; three sons-in-law, Clifford Moreland, Roger Crider and Bobby Moreland; five brothers; and six sisters. He was a farmer for most of his life and also retired from J. P. Stevens. He was of the Holiness Baptist faith.
Mr. Dillard is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Violet Dillard and Ronald and Lee Dillard; three daughters and one son-in-law, Barbara Moreland Crider, Jeanette Moreland and Charlene and Rev. W. E. Fogarty; 17 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
