Burial will occur in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born on September 26, 1942 in Tift County to the late William Ivey "Ike" Dillard and the late Essie Jewell Weldon Dillard.
In addition to his parents, Sirman was preceded in death by his grandson, Wyatt Dillard, his brother, Donnie L. Dillard, two stepsons, Mike Godwin and Doug Godwin, and his niece, Beverly Carter.
