Burial will occur at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born January 26, 1977, in Tifton to Ronnie G. Dillard and Diane Greer Dillard, both of whom survive and reside in Ty Ty.
Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, J. W. Greer, and her paternal grandparents, Ivey and Jewel Dillard.
