She lived most of life in Middletown/Germantown area. She was a homemaker. Peceded in death by parents, Martin and Mary (Hamilton) Downs; brothers, Harlan and Archie Downs; sister, Etta Mae Gabbard. Survived by husband of 70 years, James F. Caskey; son, David Lee Caskey and wife Evelyn of Germantown, Ohio; two grandchildren, David Lee Caskey, Jr. and Lisa Russell; two great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Whisman of Middletown, Ohio, Lula Downs of Middletown, Ohio.
