RINCON - Joan E. Ambrose, 75, died September 16, 2007 at Memorial Health.

The London, England native was a member of First Baptist Church of Rincon.

Survivors: husband, Herbert H. Ambrose of Rincon; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Terry Ambrose of Clyo, David and Harriet Ambrose of Rincon, and Barry and Lynn Ambrose of Nevils; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2007 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2007 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens.
