Former Anchorage resident Terri Lynn Menear Dubel, 40, died April 5 in Houston, Texas. A service was at Woodforest Presbyterian Church, 13349 Woodforest Blvd., in Houston. The Rev. Clark Chamberlain officiated. Burial took place at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston.
Ms. Dubel was a 1969 graduate of Northshore High School in Houston. She earned a master's degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash. She lived in Anchorage in the 1980s and worked as a real estate agent.
Ms. Dubel is survived by her parents, Lem and Mary Menear; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and James Loesch of Bay City, Texas, and Joyce and Richard Stafford of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her brother, Thomas Menear of Seattle. Service arrangements were by Howard-Glendale Funeral Directors in Houston.
