On Wednesday, March 9, 2005, graveside funeral services with Full Military Honors will be offered at Arlington National Cemetery at 3 p.m. Please meet the family at the gate at 2:30 p.m. Arrangements by McGUIRE.

Place of Death: Gaptain Duckworth died at Walter Reed AMC in DC a few months before it was BRAC-ed and merged with the Navy's Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. To be precise, Capt. Duckworth's place of death should be District of Columbia.
