Delores Anne Allen was born Jan. 14, 1934, in Athens, a daughter of James Howard and Julia Ann Chandler Allen. She married John D. Duncan in 1963 in Springfield.
Survivors include husband; one son Kevin Allen; one daughter, Brenda (Kevin) Watkins; four grandchildren; three brothers, Harold A. Allen, Thomas W. Allen and John R. Allen; two sisters, Mary M. Martin and Carolyn June Sullivan; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Beams and Mildred E. Newell.
