JANESVILLE -- Dorothy V. Dusik, 75, of 1132 Harmony Circle NE., died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2005, at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center, Madison. She was born in Janesville on Dec. 30, 1929, daughter of George and Marjorie (Anderson) Gollnik. She graduated from Janesville High School and married Alfons James Dusik on June 13, 1953, at Orchard View Alliance Church. Dorothy was employed by the Janesville School District. She was a member of the Orchard View Alliance Church, the church choir, taught Sunday school, and was a Rock County 4-H Leader and an Awana Leader. Dorothy loved and cherished her family and enjoyed cooking for them. She also loved her cats, traveling, bus trips and the Rock County 4-H Fair. She is survived by her husband, Alfons; 2 daughters, Lynda (Michael) Felda of Machesney Park, IL, and Debbi (Dean) Neumann of Beaver Dam; 8 grandchildren: Laurie Felda, Jennifer (Daren) Philipps, Shelly Felda, Brian Felda, Rebeccah (Tim) Patten, Adam Kelm, Eric Kelm and Noah Kelm; 4 great-grandchildren: Angelina and Courtney Philipps, Mackenzee and Naliyah Patten; her mother, Marjorie Bryant of Janesville; and a sister, Darlene Polley of Janesville. She was preceded in death by her father; and stepfather, Arthur Bryant. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at ORCHARD View Alliance Church , with Pastor Ron Lord officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME and after 9:30 a.m. at the church on Monday.
