Evelyn Dusik, 87, died April 14 in Denver. A native of Chicago's South Side, Lynn, as she was known, also lived in Phoenix for 32 years. She is survived by her beloved children, Lynn Eatherton (nee Dusik), Dawn, Douglas, Debbie Westman (nee Dusik), and Thaddeus "Skip" Jr.; son-in-laws Clint Eatherton and Gary Westman, and daughter-in-law Tomasita; and grandchildren Zachary and Logan Eatherton, and Dean, Keith and Stephen Westman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Thaddeus (Ted) Dusik, and numerous siblings and in-laws. Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28 at Resurrection Cemetery, 7200 S. Archer Ave., in Justice, Section 60, Plot 458. The family has requested privacy following the service.
