Mrs. Abigail Drake Bean, daughter of Chandler Russell and Charlotte A Dustin and a native of Bethel, died in Redmond, Vernon County, Wis., recently, aged 71 years. In 1852 she was married to Dr. David Ames Bean and soon after moved to Wisconsin, where they have since lived and where they had gathered a snug little fortune, owning much real estate and personal property in and around Redmond. Dr. Bean has retired from his medical practice. Mrs. Bean leaves, beside her aged husband, four sons: Clarence Orrin Bean of Tacoma, Wash.; John Harry Bean and Fred Porter Bean, both of Retreat, Wis.; and Theron Woodman Bean, Chicago, besides relatives in Bethel, Me.
