ALBANY — Sue Barnes, 68,
of Albany, went to be with her
Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, in
the emergency room at O'Bleness
Memorial Hospital in Athens.
Born Sept. 29, 1938, in Jacksonville,
she was the daughter of
the late Clifford P. and Blanche A.
Grover Eads. She was a wonderful
wife, mother, grandmother and
homemaker and a member of the
Bethel Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her husband,
Earl E. Barnes; children, Michael
Eric (Sherri) Thompson of Akron,
Andrea Sue (Frank) Morgan of
Albany, Robyn Renea' (Chuck)
Misner of Beaufort, N.C., and Jody
Tennille Barnes of Akron; grandchildren,
Jordian, Grace, Maggie,
Madison and Isaac; brothers, David
Richards of West Virginia, Patrick
Eads of Atlanta, Ga., and Michael
Eads of Lancaster.
Services will be Friday, 1 p.m.,
at Bethel Apostolic Church, on
State Street in Albany, with Pastors
Jonathan Pollard and Phillip Burbridge
officiating. Burial will be in
Alexander Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday,
from 6 to 9 p.m., at Bethel
Apostolic Church. Arrangements
are completed by Bigony-Jordan
Funeral Home.
