PETALUMA Mrs. Emma R. Earhart, 78, who died Saturday in a Santa Rosa hospital after a long illness was to be buried today in Cypress Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Earhart was a native of the area and attended the old Marin School. She was the last of 13 children of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Martin and the widow of William H. Earhart who died in 1946. She was a member of the First Presbyter ian Church. Mrs. Earhart was the mother of Mildred Earhart and Mrs. Aletha Mayo, both of Petaluma. She leaves three granddaugn ters and a grandson: Jean M. Bucker, Petaluma; Mrs. Patri cia L. Withan, San Francisco; Mrs. Barbara Cavallero, Nova te; and William H. McKillop, Anchorage, Alaska. A great- granddaughter, Nicole Cavellero lives in Novate
