Elsie Rowland Ely, age 89 of Harrogate TN. went home to be with the Lord January 10, 2013 after a lengthy illness followed by a brief stay at the Claiborne County Hospital. She was born March 15, 1923 in Arthur, TN, daughter of the late L.D. and Mabel Carr Rowland.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years George Ely, brothers: Hubert and Edwin Rowland, sister: Vernalee Rowland and grandson: Brian William Ely.
