"Mrs Mary Esther Eddy died at her home at 218 Bank street suddenly at 12:40 am yesterday. Born Oct 12, 1888, at Grand Valley, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Lizzie Burdick Emerson. She was married to Jerome A Eddy at Mayville, NY, on Dec 23, 1904. She was a member of the First Baptist church of Titusville. Besides her husband the deceased leaves two daughters, Mrs Fred Burt of Pleasantville and Miss Lila Eddy at home; three sons, Clayton E and Wayne J, of Titusville, and Albert M, of Greenville; one sister, Mrs Basil Crippen of Titusville. There are also 14 grandchildren. The body was removed from the Tracy Home of Funerals to the residence, where friends may call. Services will be held at the First Baptist church on Wednesday at 2 pm, Rev Addison Pero officiating. Interment will be in Jerusalem Corners cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church from 11 am to 2 pm on Wednesday."
