SHEILA EPSTEIN APPLEBAUM , 48, of Memphis, accountant, died Friday at Saint Francis Hospital of complications from multiple sclerosis. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in Temple Israel Cemetery. Roller Family Funeral Home has charge. She was a graduate of Central High School, a member of Temple Israel and was selected Tennessee State Volunteer of the Year in 1986. Mrs. Applebaum , the wife of Larry Applebaum , also leaves two sons, Eric Applebaum and Andy Gibson; her mother, Laura Epstein; a sister, Donna Smith, and a brother, Larry Epstein, all of Memphis.
