Bertha Epstein Berchenko, 85, of Rancho Mirage, Calif., formerly of Memphis, retired fur department manager for Julius Lewis, died Wednesday at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Sam Abraham Chapel with burial in Baron Hirsch Cemetery. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. She was a member of Baron Hirsch . She leaves a daughter, Merle Lee B. Dobb of Atlanta; two sons, Steven J. Berchenko of Rancho Mirage and Jeffery Berchenko of Oakland, Calif., four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
