Marilyn Fain Anger, 63, of the Ocean View section of Norfolk, died March 8, 1995, in a local hospital.
Survivors include a son, Paul Anger of New York City; one daughter, Fran Anger-Loney and her husband, Josh Loney, both of Norfolk; her beloved mother, Jean Tucker Fain; a sister, Dr. Norma Fain Pratt of Altadena, Calif.; one grandson, Austin Denton Loney; a cousin, Irene Polansky of Norfolk; a special friend, Janice Waitsman of Virginia Beach; her former husband, Sidney Anger of Plantation, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Anger was a native of Bronx, N.Y., and had lived in Norfolk for 27 years. She was the co-owner of Sandfiddler, Lafayette and Colonial Pawn Shops. She was a member of The Memorial Spiritualist Church in Norfolk.
Mrs. Anger was an avid gardener, an artist, and founded the Classical Music Library in Paramus, N.J.
A chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, by Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman and the Rev. Lelila Cutler. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Memorial Spiritualist Church or The Haven House.
