Born January 23, 1922, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Fulton) Finnegan.
Mae was a graduate of York Catholic High School and a member of St. Mary's Church.
Mary was the wife of the late Frederick R. Anthony and will be dearly missed by nine children and their spouses, John F. Anthony and wife Josephine of York, Joseph H. Anthony and wife Maddy of East Lansing, MI, Frederick F. Anthony and wife Prima of York, Thomas F. Anthony of York, Patricia A. Keintz of York, Dennis M. Anthony and wife Ann of Georgia, James P. Anthony and wife Cherie of Mechanicsburg, Susan M. Waddell and husband Jeff of New Oxford, and Kathryn E. Bentzel and husband Tim of York; ten grandchildren, Jenn, Laura, Colleen, Ryan, J.J., Michael, Lisa, Tricia, Emily, and Danielle and her dear cousin, Joseph Ambrose of Yeadon.
She was preceded in death by a son, Phillip; and two brothers, John and Joseph Finnegan.
