She was born July 15, 1914, in Cheyenne and had lived here all of her life.
Belecky was affiliated with the Catholic Church.
She was a volunteer for the Grey Ladies and was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons, the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program and the Moose Lodge.
Belecky is survived by a daughter, Sandra Timmermeyer of Aurora, Colo.; a sister, Patricia Davis of Cheyenne; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Belecky on May 19, 1991; her parents, George and Mabel Fitzgibbon and a brother, Timothy Fitzgibbon.
