Mae was the daughter of the Howard J. and Alice E. (Osterhoudt) Flagler. She worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles, Pineview Pre-School, Sears Credit Department and Contract Sales, and NRX Pharmacy.
Mae was survived by her daughters, Beverly (Gary) Springer of Berne and Barbara (John) Cummings of Schenectady; her granddaughter, Rebecca (Robert) Kirker of Queensbury; her great granddaughter, Molly Jean Kirker and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert A. Fero and her brother, Howard J. Flagler.
