Mintcha Elizabeth Flagler was born in Brockport, Town of Sweden, Monroe County, New York the second daughter and youngest of six children of Cornelius Edgar and Sarah Elizabeth Kersey Flagler.
She married Elmer Grant Adams on January 02, 1915 at the First Presbyterian Church Manse, 35 State St., Brockport, Monroe County New York. She and Grant lived at 59 Frazier St. in Brockport their entire married life and raised a family of five children:
