Jean F. Best, 88, of Windsor, beloved wife of the late William H. Best, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2009 at Kimberly Hall South. Born on May 8, 1921 in Plainville to the late Raymond and Grace (Adams) Fonseca, Jean later moved Windsor in 1953 after marrying her sweetheart Bill. She was a member of St. Gabriel Church, a past Commander of the Daughters of Isis - P.H.A. Court 95 in New Haven, and an active volunteer for the Lupus Foundation where she concentrated on fundraising. Jean retired from Connecticut General Life Insurance and later worked with her husband at Will Best Printing, the family business...
