Hibbard Foote, 77, of Cobblestone Terrace, Newark, died May 8, 2003 at Newark Hospital. Hibbard was born January 1, 1926 to the late James and Anna Dayles Foote in Rochester. He enjoyed music. A graveside service was held at the Grove Place Cemetery in Chili. He is survived by his sisters, Beatrice (George) Mandery and Thelma Losey, both of Florida; nieces and nephews; friends at the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office. He was predeceased by one sister, Olive Hurry; and three brothers, James, Clifford and George Foote.
