Thursday afternoon Dec. 13, Mrs. Lucinda Bronson entered into rest after a long period of illness. She was 66 years of age. She leaves a husband, LaFayette Bronson and two step-daughters. Her funeral was attended Monday, Rev. J. D. Poppe officiating. The Brookfield Courier 12/19/1917
Mr. and Mrs. Duane Marsh, Mrs. H. C. Burhyte and C. W. Burhvte attended the funeral of Mrs. L.F. Bronson at her home in Poolville, Monday at 2 o'clock. Her death occurred Thursday. The deceased has been in declining health for some time. Recently she failed rapidly and her death was not unexpected. She was a former resident of this place
for some years and was a most estimable woman. Her maiden name was Lucinda Foote. Forty-two years ago she was married to Lafayette Bronson and moved to their farm near Poolville.
