She was educated in Bear Lake Schools. She was a member of the Grace LDS 3rd Ward; had served as president, secretary and teacher in the Young Womens Organization. She was a member of the Relief Society, Singing Mothers and the ward choir. She had been work director in Relief Society.
She had been employed at the Lowe Drug and London Drug stores for 15 years. She had been a cook at Bob's Cafe and various drive-ins. She enjoyed sports, singing, playing the piano and needle work.
She is survived by her husband (Bennie) of Grace, one son and five daughters, Richard Dean Comish, Grace, Mrs. Sam (RaNae) Caldwell, Mrs. Van (Sharon)Fowler, both of Brigham City, Mrs. Michael T. (Lou Ann) Gibson, Mrs. Kathy Tillotson, both of Grace and Mrs. Jay E. (Leslie) Simons, Kemmerer, Wyoming; 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Jach Douglas Freeman, Las Vegas, Verlin Freeman, Boise, and Mrs. Phyllis Weaver, Montpelier. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Clyde and one sister, Blance Wallentine Quayle.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, June 19, at the Grace LDS Stake Center with Bishop Bart O. Christensen of the Grace Third Ward offiating.
Services were under the direction of the Allen-Sims Funeral Home of Soda Springs.
