Muriel M. Crocker, 89, of Morganville, passed away on Saturday October, 26, 2013 at Bartley Health Care Center, Jackson. She was a Homemaker. Muriel was born in Newark, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Morganville before moving to Upstate NY 15 years ago. She was a charter member of the Morganville Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband Harold in 1997 and a daughter and son-in-law Patricia and Jimmy Harmyk, and her parents Frank and Marie Frei. She leaves behind 2 daughters and sons-in-law Linda and Richard Van Pelt, and Muriel and Gary Clark, a sister Betty Glason, 6 grandchildren James Harmyk, Carolyn Conway, Kim Napholz, Sandy Van Pelt, Donna Rogalsky and Gary Clark, Jr., and 4 great-grandchildren Nicole Napholz, Jesse Conway, Gary Clark III and Katlyn Clark. Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2013 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Waitt Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Thursday October 31, 2013 from 10am - 11am and a service will take place at 11am followed by interment in Old Tennent Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that you make donations in her name to the Morganville United Methodist Church, 215 Conover Rd., Morganville, NJ 07751.
