On December 5, 1953, she married Harold Earle French in Idaho Falls. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where they raised their four children, Gary, Michelle, Robert, and Bruce. They were later divorced.
AnnaMarie was a homemaker and mother. She worked as an operator at Mountain Bell. She also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Good Samaritan Society, Riverview Hospital Nursing Home, and IF Group Homes.
AnnaMarie enjoyed crafts, making dolls, crocheting, sewing, cross stitch, and cooking.
AnnaMarie is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Mike) Moedl, of Idaho Falls; sons: Gary (Mary) French, of Iona, Robert (Lorri) French, of Idaho Falls, and Bruce (Julie) French, of Idaho Falls; brother, Earnest Lake of Idaho Falls, ID; six granddaughters: Angie (Luke) Shumway, Heidi (Vernon) Miller, Anna Maria (Lee) Jones, Christy French, Brittnie French and McKenzie French; two grandsons: Dustin French and Samuel French; seven great-grandchildren: Desiree Miller, Amanda Rice, Peyton Shumway, Kaylob Rice, Dusty Rhoades, Crystal French and Adison French; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Earnest and Violet Lake; three brothers: Arthur Lake, August Lake and Ivan Lake; and four sisters: Violet Lake, Merry Lake, Otense Lake and Arline Dunlap.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Rose Hill Cemetery, 2355 Rollandet, Idaho Falls.
The family will visit with friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
