Sharon Frisbie Benton, beloved wife of Christopher Benton, passed away December 18 at home surrounded by her family under the care of Hernando-Pasco Hospice. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Carey of Homosassa, John Cornell of Seattle, Washington; daughters Amber Cornell of Colorado, Christa Benton and Sharrah Benton of Homosassa; stepdaughter, Sherre McLawhorn of Largo; her parents, Arthur and Rita Frisbie of Homosassa; sisters Kathy Frisbie of Homosassa, Eileen Kithcart, Maureen Iwanicki, Karen Frisbie of Newton, NJ, Coleen Frisbie of Canfield, OH; and brothers Art Frisbie, Tom Frisbie and Kevin Frisbie of Newton, NJ, and David Frisbie of Canfield, OH; three grandchildren, Abby, Chance and Hailey; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Sharon joins her paternal grandparents, Ross and Lena Frisbie, and maternal grandparents, Charles and Catherine Miller, in eternal rest. Donations in Sharon's name are requested to be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 12107 Majestic Blvd, Hudson, FL 34667 for their wonderful care during her illness. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is in charge of private cremation arrangements.
