Jerry, a resident of Las Vegas since 1963, was a prosthetist, orthotist and pedorthist. He was a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona and UCLA, and was owner of Superior Limb and Brace and Carefree Footwear. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Dixie; children, Teresa LaPorte, Ann Marie Marty, and John Fullerton, all of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
