Lt Col Floyd Wesley Fuller, was born March 13, 1917 in Council, Idaho to Cecil Mark Fuller and Julia Lea Vaughn. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mary Margaret; sons Donald Mark Fuller of San Diego, Bruce Allen Fuller of Edmonds, Washington, Dean Wesley Fuller of Auburn, Washington; sisters Florence Higgs of Chula Vista and Valerie Rohlfing of Grants Pass, Oregon and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and six brothers.
