Beatrice Abercrombie, 94, of Connersville, died Sunday, April 16, 2006, at Lincoln Center East.
She was born May 18, 1911, in Rock Castle, Ky. She married Eugene Abercrombie in 1929; he preceded her in death in 1958.
Mrs. Abercrombie spent most of her life in the Laurel area.
Survivors include one daughter, Pauline Gerrian of Laurel; six grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her mother, Sara Allen, three sons, three daughters, one brother and two sisters.
Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Laurel North Cemetery in Franklin County. Visitation will be after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Moster & Cox Mortuary in Rushville.
