He was preceded in death by his parents, a son-in-law, Dana Palmer and two brothers, Martin Gabor and Robert Gabor.
He was graduated from St. Phillips High School, Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Gabor served his country from 1952-1954 in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Benning.
He had been in the banking industry for 40 plus years and retired as a loan officer.
He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Odell, Illinois.
