GROVE HILL - Bobby Lee Gades, who had been a self-employed timberman, died Saturday at his Grove Hill residence. Gades, 92, was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Fulton. He is survived by four daughters, Opal J. McVay, Maxine Haskew and Linda Deavers, all of Mobile, and Ernestine Reeves of Jackson; a brother, William "Mitt" Floyd Gades of Dickinson; three sisters, Annie Mae Powell and Etta Powell, both of Grove Hill, and Lelia Bell Haskew of Dickinson; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill. Services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Liberty Baptist Church in Fulton, with a second visitation one hour prior to the funeral.
