Marie G. "Reedee" Ballion, of Lakeland Flordia, formerly of Taylorville, died January 22, 2000 in St. Vincent Memorial Hospital in Taylorville.
Mrs. Ballion was born on October 11, 1932 in Taylorville, a daughter of Patrick and Lena Klassen Galbraith. She first married Mr. Henderson and they divorced, later she married Joseph Ballion on Kanuary 20, 1957 in Taylorville. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1978. She was a retired homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Church.
Suvivors include, Stephen (Yvonne) Henderson of Burkley, Virginia, Sandra DeClerck (Wayne) of Lakeland, Flordia, Allyn Henderson (Debbie) of Taylorville, Joseph Ballion (Krissie) of Tsylorville, Clifford Ballion (Dawn) of Granite City and Ricky Ballion )Julie) of Taylorville; sisters, Barbara Damery (Kenneth), Pat Moss (Bernie)both of Taylorville; 17 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ballion were held at 8 p.m. in the sutton Memorial Homewith visitation two hours before the service. Father John O'Connell officiated. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery.
