Charleen L. Galbraith Archer, 72, of Westvale, passed away Saturday. She was owner and operator of Archer Insurance for over 40 years. She was a member of the Red Hat Ladies and was an artist working in oil, acrylic and chalk. She was predeceased by her husband, Carroll Archer, in 2004. Survivors: her daughter, Elzan Farsaci of Camillus; two sons, Richard West of New Port Richie, FL, and Holt (Paula) Archer of Seattle, WA; sister, Jo (Ron) Svihovec of Portland, TX; her brothers, Charles (Irene) and John (Theresa) Galbraith, both of Texas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services were held privately for family. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088.
