Remegia was born on October 1, 1918 in Las Vegas, NM.
Remegia is survived by her son, J.D. Aragón and his wife, Brenda of Farmington, NM, five grandchildren, Anthony Aragón of Jacksonville, FL, Michelle Aragón-Hays, Randy Aragón and his wife, Carla and Eric Aragón and his wife, Donna, all of Atlanta, GA and Desi Aragón of Las Vegas, NV and seven great-grandchildren, Nikki Brown, Marcus Gordon, Jason Aragón, Kaitlyn Aragón, Payton Aragón, Jake Aragón and Lucas Aragón.
Remegia was preceded in death by her husband, Jake D. Aragón and a brother, Victor Gallegos.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 1998 at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE. A Rosary will be recited following the visitation at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming NE, on Monday, September 21, 1998, with Father Paul Baca, officiating. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Aragón, Eric Aragón, Desi Aragón, Steve Griego, Lester Boyd and Duane Koch. Honorary pallbearers will be Edward Martínez, Toni Martínez and Edward Tafoya.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Casa Palo, 7808 Palo Duro NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
