Gann was born Dec. 19, 1907 to Rev.
Barton A. and Bertha Mae Knight Gann
at Fairfax, Mo. He married Gladys
Snyder Dec. 19, 1928 in Perry. They moved
to Schaller in 1948 where he managed
the Farmers Elevator until 1964 where
he founded the Midwest Shooters Supply
Inc. In 1982 he semi-retired because of
poor health. In August 1984 he was inducted
into the Contributors Section of
Iowa Trapshooters Hall of Fame.
Survivors include his wife; one
daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Margaret)
Schau of Schaller; four grandchildren
and two great-grandsons, one sister,
Mrs. Doris Badgley of St. Joseph, Mich.
