Patricia "Patty" Garcia was born on December 4, 1949 to Ruth Aguirre and Pete Madrid. She passed away at the age of 60, on September 15, 2010 at home with her loved ones by her side. She was a homemaker. She graduated from Redwood High School in 1967. She married Manuel Garcia August 23, 1969. In which they just celebrated there 41st anniversary together.
She is proceeded in death by her father Pete Madrid, mother Ruth Aguirre and step-father Fernando Aguirre, brothers Danny Madrid and Anthony Aguirre. Nephews Michael Madrid, and Tommy Madrid Jr.
Patty was survived in death by her husband Manuel Garcia, daughter Valerie Hernandez grandson Matthew Hernandez, daughter Monica Gutierrez spouse Mario Gutierrez grandchildren Sianna Rodriquez, Kambrea, Marcus, and Darrian Gutierrez. Daughter Alaina Pena spouse Mario Pena grandchildren Joseph, Joscelyn Pena.
Patty had numerous siblings brothers, Tommy Madrid, Eddie Aguirre, and Arthur Aguirre. Sisters Priscilla Lopez, Lupita Madrid, Veronica Soto, Terry Diaz. As well as numerous nephews, nieces, and many friends.
Patty enjoyed spending time going to the casino, bingo, scrap booking, cooking. She enjoyed holidays especially Halloween and Christmas. She loved having one of the best decorated yards on the block. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family and friends.
The Holy Rosary will be prayed Sunday September 19th at 6:30 pm at Salser and Dillards in Visalia with viewing at 2:00 pm.. The mass will be said on Monday September 20th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Visalia. Burial at Visalia District Cemetery.
