Maria Garcia was born on April 29, 1936 in Abasolo, Guanajuato, Mexico to Isabel (Chavelo) Gaona and Raquel Medel Gaona . She went to meet the Lord on October 1, 2015 in San Jose, California.
She married the love of her life Juan Garcia in 1952 at Holy Family Catholic Church of Visalia. Juan and Maria had four children all boys.
She is preceded in death by her husband Juan Garcia, her brothers Filemon, Jose and Magdaleno Gaona, her brothers and sisters, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Miller Memorial Chapel on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 4:00pm, with Rosary at 6:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church of Visalia on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 10:00am fallowed by burial at Visalia District Cemetery.
