A native of Worchester, Mass, he had resided in Canfield eight years, coming from Youngstown. Survivors include his wife, the former Betsy C Hobe, whom he married Jan 13, 1921; a daughter, Mrs John Brown of Columbiana; two sons, Thomas of Canfield and David Jr of Austintown; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Williams Funeral Home, and burial made in the Canfield cemetery."
