Charles J. Giacometti, of Dallas, died unexpectedly on Monday, March 30, 2009. Charles was a 1976 graduate of Wyoming Area High School and earned his college degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and his law degree from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans. Charles was an attorney with the Social Security Administration. Prior to that, he was a successful contract negotiator for the NFL Players Association. Charles was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake, Pa. Charles was loved by friends and family and will be most dearly missed by his children and the many other young lives that he so profoundly touched. He was the beloved husband to Dawn; father of his daughter, Anna, 11, and his son, Charles, 10; son of Harry J. and Josephine Giacometti, Jenkins Township; brothers Joseph (Barbara), of Dallas; Harry (Kate), of Haddonfield, N.J.; and he was an uncle to several nieces and nephews.
