Mrs. Ella G. Birum died Wed. in Columbus, Ohio. She was a retired nurse from St. Barnabas Hospital, St. Paul, Minn. Born in Ontario, Canada, she was the wife of the late Herbert L. Birum, Sr.
She is survived by a son, Herbert L. Birum, Jr. of Pleasant Valley Road, Titusville, President of H.L. Birum Corp., Lambertville, N.J.; two daughters, Mrs. Beth Birum Smith of Columbus, Ohio and Mrs. Dorothy Birum Venrick of Bozeman, Montana; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside serices will be held Sat. April 15 at 11:00 a.m. in Ewing Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dwight Smith, son-in-law of Mrs. Birum, of the Morral Baptist Church, Marion, Ohio officiating. There will be no calling hours. Flowers may be sent directly to Ewing Cemetery Sat. morning. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Home for Funerals, Pennington Circle, Pennington, N.J.
