RUBY NAOMI GOLIGHTLY BROMLEY, Age 80, a resident of Collinsville, IL and formerly of Charleston, MO died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Born December 2, 1931, at Charleston, Missouri to the late Clarence and Catherine Bryars Golightly, she had lived in Collinsville, IL a number of years. On April 23, 1949, she married Carl Anderson Bromley, who preceded her in death October 19, 1975. Surviving are: two sons, Bruce Bromley of Collinsville, IL and Richard Bromley of Modesto, CA; three daughters, Joyce Bromley Thomas, Santa Rosa, CA; Linda Agers of Alton, IL and Laurie Lux of Modesto, CA; three brothers, Clarence Golightly of Cahokia, IL; Harold Golightly of Centerview, IL and Bill Golightly of Hiawatha, IA; two sisters, Margaret Vinson of Charleston, MO and Mary Matthews of Warrenton, MO; 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Gary Bromley; one daughter Sherry Parson; two brothers, Donald Golightly and Eugene Bromley and two grandsons, Daniel Bromley and Gary Bromley. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Dogwood Cemetery.
