He is survived by his children, Cathy Smith, Edward Gomulka Jr., Linda Grzempa, Sherry Perez and Sharon Klarfeld; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family. We will always love you.

Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
