Mrs. Libbie Gould Becker, age 93, of Black St. Road, Scipio, widow of Llewellyn J. Becker, died Tuesday, Nov. 11 in Auburn Memorial Hospital. She was believed to be Scipio's oldest woman. She was born in Scipio and had lived in the area all her life. She was a member of the Sherwood Grange for 70 years.
Surviving are a son, Gavin M. Becker of Scipio; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Helen) Taylor of Elbridge and Mrs. Gordon (Charlotte) Hill of Rochester; six grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mosher Funeral Home in Auburn, the Rev. Donald Swartwout of Elbridge officiating. Burial in Fleming Rural Cemetery.
